Regarding cancellations and returns
With the exception of some products, cancellations can be made by the customer using the cancel button on My Page within 2 hours of completing the order. Please see the User Guide for detailed information on cancellation.
After the product arrives, returns, refunds, and exchanges will be handled separately by our company if the product is damaged during shipping, the quality of the delivered product is defective compared to regular products, there is a mistake in quantity, etc., the product is incorrect, etc. Only in cases where it is recognized (hereinafter collectively referred to as "contract nonconformity"), if the prescribed procedures are carried out within 7 days after receiving the product. Product delivery time
Standard items will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order (in the case of credit card payment, after approval has been obtained).
Pre-ordered items will be shipped at the time indicated for each item.

Regarding product sales quantity restrictions
In principle, there is no upper limit on quantity, but depending on the product, we may be limited to one item per person.

About shipping overseas
At this time, we are unable to ship overseas.
Please note that delivery is limited to Japan only.
