Featuring Zenbo Seinei, a lodging and retreat facility, and Yo-San-San, a farm-to-table restaurant, both located on Awaji Island, Hyogo Prefecture, and designed by Shigeru Ban, recipient of the Pritzker Architecture Prize—the highest honor in the field of architecture.
This volume includes finished photographs and architectural drawings, as well as construction-phase photographs that effectively convey the distinct characteristics of each building.
In addition to drawings that fully capture the appeal of the structures, it presents numerous valuable progress photographs that clearly illustrate the design intentions and structural innovations.
It explores not only the architectural beauty of the buildings but also the process through which the spaces were created.
Shigeru Ban
Architect. He is internationally active with an innovative approach that unlocks the potential of materials. He is highly acclaimed worldwide, particularly for his architecture utilizing paper tubes as structural elements and his humanitarian activities in providing temporary housing during disasters. In 2014, he was awarded the Pritzker Architecture Prize, the most prestigious award in the field.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges after product delivery are only accepted if the product is damaged during transit, has quality issues compared to standard products, is incorrect in quantity or type, or in other cases deemed appropriate by us (collectively referred to as "Non-conformity to Contract"), provided that the prescribed procedures are completed within 7 days of arrival.
