Cancellations and Returns

Returns, refunds, or exchanges after product delivery are only accepted if the product is damaged during transit, has quality issues compared to standard products, is incorrect in quantity or type, or in other cases deemed appropriate by us (collectively referred to as "Non-conformity to Contract"), provided that the prescribed procedures are completed within 7 days of arrival.
