Awaji Island is known as a famous production center for incense.
Accounting for approximately 70% of Japan's incense production, the island has long thrived in the craft of incense making, thanks to its mild climate and pleasant westerly winds.
"Daihatsu," a long-established incense manufacturer founded in 1936, is a brand that has pursued the creation of scents by harmonizing Western fragrances with Asian aromatic woods.
And "Zenbo Seinei" is a retreat space that offers "time to face oneself" amidst the great nature of Awaji Island.
This original incense series was born from the convergence of these two distinct commitments.
It has become a collection of items with tranquility and depth, designed to accompany a modest and peaceful "ZEN Lifestyle."
You can also enjoy creating your own unique blend by combining different scents.
Whether at home or while traveling, you can create your own personal ZEN space to suit your mood at any given moment.
